The images, text and data on MK Fine
Arts (the "Studio") Web site (the "Site") are protected by
copyright and may be covered by other restrictions as well.
MK Fine Arts retains all rights, including copyright, in data,
images, documentation, text, and other information contained in
these files (collectively, the "Materials").
The Materials are made available for the MK Fine Arts'
prospective clients, whose, one way or another, relationships
have been with us. Anyone wishing to use the Materials from
this Site for purposes other than as authorized herein

The Studio have statistic
pages—that
allow The Studio to monitor users who have visited those pages
or other sites that links to The Studio. Statistic pages are not
used to access your personally identifiable information on the
The Studio network of sites and services; they are mainly a
technique we use to compile aggregated statistics about The
Studio Web site
usage. They can not do anything malicious, and cannot send us
any personal information about you. What
it tells about you: Other than what
kind of computer you have, and which browser you are using, it
tells practically nothing about you. It has no way of knowing

The MK Fine Arts

When You Make a
Purchase
The Studio will ask
you to provide personally identifiable and credit-card
information necessary to fulfill your order that can include
your name, type of payment (credit-card number), shipping
addresses, email and telephone number. This is the same
information requested when you place an order by telephone or
through the mail. When you make a purchase online in The Studio,
your credit card information will be temporarily stored on a
secured server (see
Data Security). We will retain the personally
identifiable information you provided with your order for our
records, to facilitate client service, and to inform you of our
work arts that either in progress or just completed.
